Sam Shaw is an illustrator based in the UK and this was his contribution to a Stare Down contest on instagram (#characterstaredown) and Pictofolio.com (Pictoplasma’s online home for characters) which produced a total lack of blinking, and a ton extremely interesting character illustrators and animators, ones we might not get to know as individuals off a roster otherwise.
