I LOVE a studio with focus. One that leans into the thing they really do best, and doesn’t try to do everything, and Toronto-based Polyester does amazing illustrative animation. Sure they do some 3d.. but 2d appears to be their bread and butter. This doesn’t mean that everything looks the same, they really exploit all of the millions of different ways illustrative 2d can come to life.
