Stefano Bertelli is an Italian music video and film Director who creates absolutely magical paper cutout worlds and animates them using stop motion (or perhaps faux stop motion i’m not positive of his technique and secret formula). He adds to the density and complexity of his pieces with motion graphics and rotoscoping which gives his work such a distinct and playful look. Figuring out how to replicate a lo-fi almost “real life” version of a pixel with paper, and then use that repeatedly to craft props and characters and entire sets, has me saying RESPECT dude! I truly dont know how you do it! I love so much of Bertelli’s music driven work, it such a great share.
